Ingredients
- 20g Rolled Oats
- 5g Coconut Flakes
- 10g Unsalted Almonds
- 5g Pepitas
- 5g Cinnamon
- 10g equ Very Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 10ml Maple Syrup
- 100g Frozen Mixed Berries
- 100g Flavoured Yoghurt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 150ºC.
- Place ingredients (except berries and yoghurt) in a bowl. Mix to thoroughly coat. Lay out on a single layer on a baking tray.
- Bake in the oven for 35-40 mins, or until golden. Toss halfway through to avoid burning.
- Serve with heated berries and yoghurt.
