If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or doesn’t meet specifications, we are happy to replace it.

To initiate a return due to damage or defects, please report any issues, with a photo of the issue, within 14 days of delivery. Equ will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or damaged items, as well as for incorrect items received.

You can contact us at: support@equfoods.com The product must be shipped back to the returns address within 30 days of receiving the product. There can be no servings missing. Otherwise, the policy is void.

At equ, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and an exceptional taste experience. We understand that taste preferences can vary, which is why we offer our Great Taste Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product's taste you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price of the product.

Here's how it works:

  1. Eligibility: The Great Taste Guarantee applies only to the first purchase of each product made directly through equfoods.com.
  2. Usage Limit: You may use up to three servings of the product to determine your satisfaction.
  3. Refund Process: If you are not satisfied with the product's taste, you may request a refund of 100% of the product purchase price. Only 3 servings may be missing in order to validate the refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Return Procedure: To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. The item must be shipped within 30 days of receiving the product. If the product isn’t received in the specified time frame, the refund will not be provided.
  5. Refund Issuance: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Upon approval, we will issue a refund for the product purchase price to the original method of payment within 14 days of return.
  6. Exclusions: The Great Taste Guarantee does not apply to products purchased through third-party retailers or distributors, nor does not include Sale Items as they are considered final sale.
