- 20g equ Very Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 5g Ground Flaxseed
- 5g Chia Seeds
- 5g Coconut Flakes
- 70ml Coconut Water
- 20g Unsalted Macadamias
- 1 Kiwi Fruit
Method:
- In a blender, combine frozen mango, protein powder, flaxseed, half the chia seeds, half the coconut flakes, and coconut water.
- Blend until smooth and thick. If needed, add a splash of water to reach your desired consistency.
