Ingredients
- 32 Lotus Biscoff Caramelised Biscuits
- 180g equ Whey Protein Isolate - Caramelised Biscuit
- 250g Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese
- 100g Lotus Biscoff Spread (melted)
Method
- Crush the Biscoff biscuits, setting aside a small portion for coating the truffles later.
- In a large bowl, combine the crushed biscuits, protein powder, cream cheese, and melted Biscoff spread. Mix thoroughly until the mixture forms a dough-like consistency.
- Roll the mixture into 18 even-sized balls. Roll each ball in the reserved crushed Biscoff biscuit crumbs to coat.
- Place the coated balls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Optional: Drizzle with additional melted Biscoff spread and refrigerate for another hour before serving.
