- 40g Rolled Oats
- 80g Plain Yoghurt
- 90ml Skim Milk
- 10g Lotus Biscoff Spread (Crunchy)
- 20g equ Whey Protein Isolate - Caramelised Biscuit
- 40g Banana (sliced for topping)
Method
- Combine the skim milk and whey protein powder in a shaker and mix until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats and Lotus Biscoff spread to the milk mixture, and stir until fully combined.
