Ingredients
- 15g Vetta Smart Protein Plain Flour
- 3g Cinnamon
- 3g Baking Powder
- 10g Rolled Oats
- 10g Bsc Body Science Whey Protein - Vanilla
- 1 Egg White (33g serving)
- 30ml Skim Milk
- 5ml Vanilla Extract
- 15ml Pure Maple Syrup
- 15g Blueberries
- 15g Sliced Peaches
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC and line a muffin tray.
- Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
- Whisk all liquid ingredients together and pour into dry ingredients. Stir fruit through and divide between muffin tray.
- Bake in the oven for 14-16 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre come out clean.
