Ingredients

  • 15g Vetta Smart Protein Plain Flour
  • 3g Cinnamon
  • 3g Baking Powder
  • 10g Rolled Oats
  • 10g Bsc Body Science Whey Protein - Vanilla
  • 1 Egg White (33g serving)
  • 30ml Skim Milk
  • 5ml Vanilla Extract
  • 15ml Pure Maple Syrup
  • 15g Blueberries
  • 15g Sliced Peaches

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC and line a muffin tray.
  2. Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Whisk all liquid ingredients together and pour into dry ingredients. Stir fruit through and divide between muffin tray.
  4. Bake in the oven for 14-16 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre come out clean.
