Ingredients
20g Chia Seeds
30g equ Very Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
120ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
5ml Vanilla Extract
20ml Sugar Free Maple Flavoured Syrup
5g Coconut Flakes
50g Frozen Mango
60g Coconut Yoghurt - Vanilla
Method
- Place chia, protein powder, almond milk, vanilla extract and maple syrup in a bowl. Whisk until well combined. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours (best to prep the night before and leave in the fridge overnight).
- Once set, top with yoghurt, thawed mango and coconut.
