  • 30g White Self-Raising Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 30ml Skim Milk
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 5ml Vanilla Extract
  • 20ml Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
  • 50g Vanilla Yogurt
  • 20g Lotus Biscoff Spread
  • 120g Banana

Method:

  1. In a bowl, combine the protein powder, flour, and baking powder. Mix well.
