Ingredients
- 40g Rolled Oats
- 10g equ Very Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 35g Banana
- 50ml Skim Milk
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 10g Light Margarine
- 5g Honey
- 10g Almond Meal
- 5ml Vanilla Essence
- 5g Flaked Almonds
Method
- Add the oats to a blender and blitz to create a flour. Add the protein powder, banana, milk and baking powder and blitz until just combined. Place in a heat proof ramekin.
- Mix margarine and honey in a bowl. Add the almond meal and vanilla and stir to make a paste. Place the mixture in a piping bag or ziplock bag with the end cut off and pipe onto the oats. Top with flaked almonds and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes.
