Ingredients
- 5g Rice Bubbles
- 10g Sugar Free Milk Chocolate Melts
- 2g Cocoa Powder
- 14g equ Creamy Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
- 2g Coconut Oil
Method
- Melt chocolate in the microwave until smooth. Stop every 15 seconds and stir to avoid burning the chocolate.
- Add the protein powder, cocoa and rice bubbles to a bowl and mix to combine. Spoon the mixture onto a plate lined with baking paper. and squash into a cookie shape. Place in the fridge to set.
NOTE - If the mixture is too dry, add a splash of water
