Your Questions, Answered

How do I use greens powder?

Greens powder can be easily added to your daily routine. Simply mix one scoop with water, juice, or your favorite smoothie.

What is greens powder, and what are its benefits?

Greens powder is a dietary supplement made with plant based ingredients to boost nutrient intake, improve digestion, support immune function, and higher energy levels.

Can I take greens powder if I’m on medication or have a medical condition?

If you are on medication or have a medical condition, it's important to consult with your healthcare provider before adding greens powder to your diet.

How much Whey Protein Isolate should I consume?

The recommended dosage depends on your individual needs and goals. If you are looking to increase muscle or lose fat, increasing your daily protein intake can help achieve these goals. Including WPI is a convenient and low-calorie way of reaching your protein targets.

What is the difference between Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) and Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC)?

Whey protein, a popular muscle-building supplement, comes in two main varieties: isolate and concentrate. WPI is more refined, resulting in a higher protein content (typically around 90%) with less fat, carbs, and lactose. This makes it ideal for those with lactose sensitivity. Whey concentrate contains lower protein (around 70%) and is not as gentle on digestion as WPI. It is not recommended for people with lactose sensitivity. WPI is our choice for it’s superior protein.

Can I take Whey Protein if not going to the gym?

Absolutely! Whey Protein is not only great for muscle building but is also great when trying to hit protein targets on a weight loss journey.
